JOB OVERVIEW

**Remote | 15–20 Hours per Week | Long-Term Opportunity**

We are seeking a creative, organized, and brand-conscious Social Media & Brand Coordinator to manage the social media presence of two growing brands:

* **Elevation Individual and Family Therapy** — a multi-location mental health practice serving individuals, couples, families, and children.
* **Calm and Capable CEO (CCC)** — a personal brand focused on leadership, entrepreneurship, faith, business systems, and building a successful therapy practice without constant chaos.

This is not simply a posting position. We need someone who can understand the distinct voice and audience of each brand, turn ideas and raw content into polished posts, maintain a consistent publishing schedule, evaluate performance, and proactively recommend content that supports each brand’s goals.

## Primary Responsibilities

### Social Media Strategy and Planning

* Develop and maintain a monthly social media strategy for both brands.
* Create organized weekly and monthly content calendars.
* Recommend content topics based on brand goals, audience needs, current trends, seasonal opportunities, and performance data.
* Identify appropriate trends, sounds, formats, keywords, and content opportunities without forcing trends that do not fit the brand.
* Balance educational, relatable, promotional, community-building, and authority-building content.
* Recommend campaigns to increase engagement, website traffic, client inquiries, followers, email subscribers, and brand awareness.
* Repurpose strong-performing content into new formats and across platforms.
* Monitor relevant competitors and industry trends to identify content gaps and opportunities.

### Content Creation and Editing

* Turn raw videos, voice notes, photographs, written ideas, and longer recordings into polished social media content.
* Edit short-form videos for Instagram Reels, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube Shorts, and other appropriate platforms.
* Add captions, on-screen text, transitions, branding, music, and calls to action.
* Create branded carousels, graphics, quote posts, stories, thumbnails, and other visual content.
* Write captions, hooks, headlines, calls to action, hashtags, and platform-appropriate descriptions.
* Maintain consistent colors, fonts, visual style, messaging, and tone for each brand.
* Adapt content appropriately for each platform instead of publishing identical content everywhere.
* Help organize and maintain a searchable content library containing raw footage, edited content, graphics, captions, and reusable brand assets.

### Publishing and Community Management

* Schedule and publish approved content accurately and on time.
* Ensure links, tags, locations, cover images, captions, and calls to action are correct before publishing.
* Maintain a consistent posting schedule across all assigned platforms.
* Monitor comments, messages, mentions, and audience engagement.
* Respond to general comments and messages using approved brand guidelines.
* Escalate clinical questions, complaints, negative feedback, media inquiries, partnership opportunities, and sensitive messages to leadership.
* Engage thoughtfully with relevant accounts and communities to increase organic visibility.
* Assist with maintaining updated bios, profile links, highlights, pinned posts, and platform information.

### Analytics and Optimization

* Review platform analytics weekly and monthly.
* Track reach, views, watch time, retention, engagement, follower growth, link clicks, inquiries, conversions, and other relevant metrics.
* Identify which topics, hooks, formats, and posting times perform best.
* Provide a concise monthly report explaining:

* What performed well
* What underperformed
* Why the results may have occurred
* What should be repeated, changed, or tested next
* Use performance data to improve future content rather than relying only on personal preference.
* Conduct simple A/B tests of hooks, covers, captions, calls to action, and content formats.
* Track content progress from idea through approval, scheduling, publication, and reporting.

## Brand-Specific Expectations

### Elevation Individual and Family Therapy

Content should feel professional, compassionate, inclusive, trustworthy, and accessible. It should help potential clients understand therapy, connect with the practice, learn about services, and feel comfortable taking the next step.

The coordinator must understand the importance of privacy when working with a mental health organization. No client information, testimonials, identifying details, or clinical content may be used without explicit authorization. Content must never diagnose followers, promise treatment outcomes, or provide individualized clinical advice.

### Calm and Capable CEO

Content should feel confident, polished, relatable, honest, encouraging, faith-aware, and practical. It should reflect the voice of a successful therapy practice owner who shares real lessons about leadership, systems, staffing, growth, and becoming a calmer CEO.

The coordinator must be able to preserve the founder’s natural voice rather than making the content sound generic, overly corporate, or AI-generated.

## Platforms May Include

* Instagram
* Facebook
* TikTok
* LinkedIn
* YouTube Shorts
* Pinterest
* Google Business Profile
* Email or blog content repurposing when needed

Experience with every platform is not required, but you should be able to explain which platforms you have managed and what results you achieved.

## Required Qualifications

* At least two years of professional social media management, content creation, or digital marketing experience.
* A strong portfolio showing social media graphics, carousels, short-form video editing, branding, and caption writing.
* Demonstrated understanding of branding, visual consistency, audience positioning, and brand voice.
* Strong short-form video editing and graphic-design skills.
* Excellent written English, grammar, communication, and proofreading skills.
* Ability to create distinct content for two different brands without blending their voices or visual identities.
* Experience using analytics to improve content strategy.
* Strong organization, attention to detail, and deadline management.
* Ability to work independently, communicate proactively, and ask questions when expectations are unclear.
* Ability to receive feedback and make revisions without becoming defensive.
* Reliable internet connection and dependable computer.
* Willingness to sign confidentiality and intellectual-property agreements.
* Ability to protect confidential business information and follow privacy requirements.

## Preferred Experience

* Experience with mental health, healthcare, wellness, coaching, entrepreneurship, or personal brands.
* Familiarity with HIPAA-sensitive or highly confidential environments.
* Experience growing service-based business accounts organically.
* Experience creating content designed to generate inquiries, leads, or appointments.
* Familiarity with tools such as Canva, CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, Metricool, Meta Business Suite, Later, Buffer, Google Drive, ChatGPT, or similar platforms.
* Experience with basic SEO, social-search optimization, YouTube keywords, and Google Business Profile content.
* Experience supporting a founder who provides raw ideas or footage and needs someone to turn them into finished content.
* Basic understanding of paid social media campaigns is a plus but not required.

## What Success Looks Like

The right person will:

* Keep both brands posting consistently without frequent reminders.
* Learn and maintain the voice and visual identity of each brand.
* Bring thoughtful content recommendations instead of waiting for every idea to be assigned.
* Turn raw content into polished, engaging, brand-aligned posts.
* Catch errors before content is published.
* Use analytics to make specific recommendations.
* Maintain an organized calendar and content-production system.
* Communicate early when content, approvals, or information are needed.
* Help Elevation generate greater community visibility and qualified client inquiries.
* Help Calm and Capable CEO grow an engaged audience and establish strong thought leadership.

## Schedule and Work Arrangement

* Part-time: approximately 15–20 hours per week.
* Long-term remote opportunity.
* Flexible working hours, with some availability required during U.S. Central Time for meetings, communication, and approvals.
* Participation in a weekly content-planning or progress meeting may be required.
* Additional hours may become available as the brands grow and performance is demonstrated.

## Compensation

Compensation is based on experience, portfolio quality, and demonstrated skill. Please include your desired hourly or monthly rate in your application.

## How to Apply

To be considered, submit all of the following:

1. A current resume.
2. A portfolio or links to relevant work samples.
3. A brief introduction explaining why you are a strong fit for this role.
4. Examples of social media accounts you have managed and your specific responsibilities for each.
5. Any measurable results you helped achieve, such as increased reach, engagement, followers, inquiries, website traffic, or conversions.
6. The platforms and content tools you use confidently.
7. Your desired hourly or monthly rate.
8. Your weekly availability and the hours you can overlap with U.S. Central Time.
9. A description of how you would keep two brands with different audiences and personalities visually and strategically distinct.
10. The words **“Elevate the Brand”** at the beginning of your application so we know you read the entire posting.

Applications without both a resume and relevant portfolio or work samples will not be considered.

Shortlisted candidates may be invited to complete a brief paid skills assessment involving content planning, branding, caption writing, or short-form video editing. Submitted materials will be used only for candidate evaluation and will not be published or used commercially without payment and permission.
