JOB OVERVIEW

1. Lead Generation and Client Acquisition (R)
• Implement targeted campaigns across various channels, such as digital marketing, networking events, and direct outreach, to generate quality leads.
• Continuously cultivate a pipeline of potential clients by engaging with new leads and nurturing relationships through follow-up communications.
• Lead the negotiation process with potential clients, addressing their needs, and ensuring successful contract closures.

2. Market Research and Analysis (R)
• Regularly research and analyze competitors’ strategies, service offerings, and pricing to identify opportunities for differentiation.
• Stay updated on market trends, shifts in customer preferences, and regulatory changes affecting property management.
• Develop detailed market reports and insights to guide decision-making and inform business development strategies.

3. Strategic Partnerships (R)
• Research and evaluate potential partners that align with the company's goals and could enhance service delivery and business growth.
• Lead the negotiation and agreement processes with partners, ensuring mutually beneficial terms.
• Oversee and nurture existing partnerships to ensure continued collaboration and value creation.

4. Revenue Growth
• Create actionable business plans that focus on expanding services, increasing client base, and achieving revenue targets.
• Identify and pursue additional revenue opportunities such as new services, expansions, or new markets.
• Regularly track revenue performance against targets, providing analysis and recommendations to improve outcomes.

5. Remarkable Customer Experience (R)
• Actively engage with clients to ensure their needs are met and issues are resolved promptly, ensuring high satisfaction levels.
• Regularly collect and act on client feedback to improve service quality and strengthen client relationships.
