JOB OVERVIEW

We’re looking for an experienced ESL professional to help improve the AI prompts behind our teaching platform.

What you’ll do

- Write, fix, and improve prompts for English lessons and exercises
- Test prompts and identify why outputs are not working well
- Use OpenAI Codex and Claude Code to run tests
- Review AI-generated content for quality and CEFR level accuracy
- Create test cases and compare results after prompt changes
- Help improve our curriculum, exercises, assessments, and learning content
- The position is 4 hours per day, 5 days per week, for a total of 20 hours per week.

Requirements

- English level: C1–C2
- Senior teacher, curriculum developer, teacher trainer, or similar experience
- Strong educational English content-writing experience
- Strong knowledge of CEFR and English curriculum design
- Excellent at prompt writing, debugging, and testing
- Comfortable using OpenAI Codex and Claude Code
- Comfortable working with basic JSON, Markdown, and Git
- Able to work independently and test your own prompt improvements
- Available for a short daily standup at 9:00 or 10:00 AM Philippine Time (PHT)

Nice to have

- Experience with AI/LLM evaluation
- Experience with EdTech or ELT publishers
- DELTA, MA TESOL, Applied Linguistics, or similar qualification
- Experience creating digital English-learning materials
