JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for an exceptional AI Filmmaker to create cinematic images and videos for premium long-form productions.

This is not a traditional video editing position.

The ideal candidate stays up to date with the latest advances in AI filmmaking, knows the best tools available, and understands professional AI production workflows. We create complex, high-quality productions, not TikTok short videos or social media content. Therefore, the ideal candidate knows how to collaborate on the production of this type of material.

You should have excellent taste and a strong attention to detail. You should love cinema, have watched hundreds of films, and enjoy creating images and videos.

Your main responsibility will be to take a finished script and transform it into high-quality visual storytelling using the best AI image and video generation tools available.

## 1. What you will do

* Read and understand the script.
* Align with the manager on characters, visual style, and overall creative direction.
* D ---------- what should visually appear during each part of the narration.
* Create cinematic AI images. We create complex, high-quality productions, not TikTok videos or social media content.
* Transform images into high-quality AI video shots.
* Maintain visual, character, and historical consistency throughout the project.
* Review your own generations and reject poor results before submitting them.
* Regenerate shots when there are visual errors, unnatural movement, inconsistencies, or insufficient quality.
* Deliver organized batches of finished, usable shots.

## 2. Tools

You should already have strong experience with several advanced AI filmmaking tools such as:

Nano Banana Pro
GPT Image
Higgsfield
Google Flow / Veo
Kling
Seedance
Magnific
Midjourney
Runway
Photoshop / Premiere or similar tools

We do not expect you to use every tool. We expect you to understand which tool produces the best result for each situation.

## 3. What we care about most

We are looking for someone with:

* Exceptional visual taste
* Strong visual storytelling ability
* Cinematic composition skills
* Realistic AI generation
* Character and scene consistency
* Attention to detail
* Speed without compromising quality
* The ability to recognize when an AI generation is not good enough

## 4. Compensation

$1,500–$2,000 USD per completed project, depending on experience, quality, and complexity.

This is project-based compensation, not hourly compensation.

There will be ongoing work for the right person.

AI generation tools and accounts required for production can be provided or paid for by us.

## 5. How to apply

2. Your 3 best AI-generated videos or sequences. We especially value videos of at least 1 minute that demonstrate strong visual storytelling.
3. Briefly explain what you personally did on those 3 examples.
4. Tell us about the most difficult AI video shot you have created and how you solved the problems.
5. Tell us which AI image and video tools you currently use most.

Candidates who do not provide all 5 requested items will not be considered. Please do not apply if your experience is primarily traditional video editing with only basic AI experimentation.

We are looking for someone who is already deeply involved in AI filmmaking: someone with advanced skills who has created complete sequences with visual storytelling and has substantial hands-on experience generating hundreds or thousands of AI video shots.

## 6. Selection process

The strongest candidates will be invited to complete a short paid filmmaking test using a real script.

Selected candidates will then have an interview so we can get to know each other, discuss the role, and assess whether there is a good fit. You will also have the opportunity to ask any questions about the job or the selection process.
