JOB OVERVIEW

Hey! I run a YouTube channel built around viral content, plus an Instagram page for a small digital product brand. I do all the scripting and pick the clips. I just need someone solid to put the videos together. We hire a lot of editors so we have systems and processes to make sure you make as much money as possible and we get the best efficient content!

The work:
- Short-form edits (Shorts, Reels, TikTok) from clips and scripts I send you
- Long-form YouTube videos using a template I'll give you
- Captions, music, sound effects, simple graphics
- Some Instagram content for my other brand
- I'll show you exactly what I want, so you're never guessing

What I'm looking for: (we have systems and processes that will make it very easy for you integrate your skills with our processes)
- Some short-form editing experience (a portfolio link is enough)
- CapCut, Premiere, or DaVinci — whatever you're comfortable in
- Good pacing instincts, you know what makes a clip actually watchable
- Decent internet and a computer that handles 4K
- Conversational English, we'll be chatting regularly
- Some overlap with US hours

The deal:
Full-time, long-term, paid at your convenience, on time. Raise after 90 days if it's going well. I'd rather find one person and keep them happy for years than churn through freelancers.
