SEO & Google Analytics Specialist

First Chair Counsel is a growing legal services brand serving businesses, entrepreneurs, athletes, and creators. We are looking for a hands-on SEO and Google Analytics specialist to help build our organic search presence and track exactly where our leads and clients are coming from.

We are seeking for someone who can take ownership of this area, execute the work, and explain results clearly.

Responsibilities
SEO audit and ongoing optimization of ----------
Keyword and competitor research
On-page and technical SEO
Local SEO
Content and landing-page strategy
Google Search Console
GA4 setup, management, and analysis
Google Tag Manager and conversion tracking
Track forms, calls, consultations, and key website actions
UTM tracking and lead attribution
Monthly reporting focused on qualified leads and signed clients—not vanity metrics

Our goal is to track:

Traffic Source → Visitor → Lead → Consultation → Client

Ideal Candidate
Strong GA4 experience — required
Google Search Console — required
Google Tag Manager — strongly preferred
Strong SEO and technical SEO experience
Conversion tracking and attribution experience
Experience with lead-generation websites
Law firm or professional-services experience preferred
Familiarity with Ahrefs, Semrush, Screaming Frog, or similar tools
Time Commitment

Up to 20 hours per week.

We are looking for someone who can become an ongoing part of our marketing operation rather than simply provide a one-time SEO audit.
