The job

We need a designer who can make things look good, fast, and on brand, every single time. You'll be working mostly on social media content and creative, with some website design mixed in. Not pretty for pretty's sake. Visuals with purpose, punch, and polish. That's the standard here, and we mean it.

You won't be running strategy. You won't be writing the copy. You'll be taking a brief and turning it into something that actually stops the scroll, then doing it again tomorrow, and the day after that, without the quality dropping off.

What you'll be doing
Designing social media content across Canva for a range of client brands (hospitality, golf, food and beverage, professional services, e-commerce)
Producing web design assets and layouts in Adobe, working alongside our development team
Keeping every brand's visual identity consistent, even when you're jumping between five different accounts in one day
Turning rough briefs into finished creative without needing every detail spelled out
Managing your own workload and deadlines like a professional, because you are one
Who you are
Strong, genuine skill in Canva. This is your main tool and it needs to show
Comfortable in the Adobe suite (Photoshop and Illustrator at minimum)
An eye for layout, colour, and brand consistency that doesn't need to be taught
Fast without cutting corners. Agency pace is real and we need someone built for it
Able to take feedback well and apply it without sulking about it
What you're not
Someone who needs a mood board for every single task
Someone who thinks "good enough" is a finishing point
Someone who's only ever designed for one brand and panics when asked to switch styles
The pay

₱60,000 to ₱70,000 per month, depending on experience and the strength of your portfolio.
