We're a U.S. life insurance agency looking for an experienced outbound cold caller to dial leads, qualify them, and either book appointments on our calendar or live transfer the hot ones straight to the agent.
This is a dialing role. You will be on the phone most of your shift. If you don't like outbound calling, this isn't the job.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Dial provided lead lists (life insurance, mortgage protection, final expense)
- Open the conversation, build quick rapport, and qualify interest
- Handle the usual objections without getting rattled
- Book qualified prospects onto the calendar
- Live transfer hot prospects directly to the licensed agent
- Keep the CRM updated - dispositions, notes, callbacks
- Follow up consistently so good leads don't get dropped
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Real outbound cold calling experience, ideally on U.S. campaigns
- Clear, natural spoken English - you'll sound like a person, not a script
- Comfortable with a dialer (Convoso, Mojo, Xencall, Batch, RingCentral, Vici, etc.)
- Reliable internet, quiet workspace, working headset
- Can commit to consistent U.S. hours
- Coachable - we'll train you on our scripts and the live transfer process
BIG PLUS (NOT REQUIRED)
- Life insurance, final expense or mortgage protection calling experience
- Skip tracing and lead sourcing - pulling and scrubbing your own lists (BatchLeads, Propwire, REISkip, Spokeo, TruePeopleSearch or similar). If you can find leads AND call them, tell us - we'll pay for that.
- Experience with GoHighLevel
WHAT YOU GET
- Long-term role, not a one-off project
- Full training on our scripts, CRM and transfer process
- Paid weekly
- Performance bonuses for hitting daily appointment targets and other incentives we set
- Direct access to the agency owner - no layers
HOW TO APPLY - READ CAREFULLY, WE FILTER ON THIS
Start your message with the word DIAL so we know you read the post. Applications without it get deleted.
Then answer these:
1. How many years have you cold called U.S. leads, and in what industries?
2. Have you ever done live transfers? Walk us through how it worked.
3. Which dialers and CRMs have you actually used on the job?
4. Have you done skip tracing or built your own lead lists? Which tools?
5. What hours can you work in U.S. time zones (and which zone)?
6. Send a voice recording - 60 seconds, in English, telling us about your cold calling experience. Use
7. Roughly how many dials per day did you average in your last calling role, and how many appointments or transfers did that produce?
