As our business continues to grow, we are expanding our virtual team and are currently seeking an experienced **Customer Service Virtual Assistant**.
This position is ideal for someone who is confident communicating with customers, highly organized, dependable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities will include:
* Answering inbound customer calls
* Making outbound customer calls and follow-ups
* Responding to customer text messages and inquiries
* Communicating with current and prospective renters
* Following up with leads
* Providing customers with rental information and instructions
* Sending payment reminders and following up on outstanding payments
* Updating customer information, notes, tasks, and opportunities in GoHighLevel
* Maintaining accurate records of customer communications
* Assisting with invoices, receipts, and customer documentation
* Following up on customer concerns and vehicle-related issues
* Handling customer complaints and difficult conversations professionally
* Following company scripts, procedures, and communication standards
* Escalating serious customer concerns, payment issues, disputes, or emergencies to the Executive Assistant or management
* Communicating important customer updates to other team members
* Assisting with additional customer service and administrative duties as needed
Requirements
* **Strong proficiency and previous experience using GoHighLevel CRM – MANDATORY**
* Previous experience as a Virtual Assistant, Customer Service Representative, or similar position
* Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal
* Professional and confident phone presence
* Comfortable making and receiving customer calls
* Highly organized, detail-oriented, and dependable
* Strong follow-up skills
* Ability to multitask and manage multiple customer conversations
* Ability to remain calm and professional when dealing with difficult customers
* Ability to follow instructions, scripts, and established company procedures
* Ability to work independently while being accountable to a supervisor
* Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information
Experience with **invoicing, payment follow-up, customer management, collections, and dispute resolution** is a plus.
Compensation
**Starting Pay: $3.75 USD per hour**
This is a **long-term opportunity** with the potential for increased compensation and additional responsibilities based on performance, dependability, and growth within the company.
