I’m looking for quality and research judgment, not quantity . Please take your time and make sure the properties you submit are actually potential leads for a property-management business.

I am looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to help grow my property management and furnished housing business.

Your main responsibility will be researching potential property-owner leads and helping with initial outreach.

Responsibilities:

Find potential property owners through Furnished Finder, Airbnb, ---------- , Redfin, HotPads, Craigslist and other platforms
Research properties in target U.S. markets, especially Arizona and California
Identify properties that may be a good fit for furnished short-term rental strategies
Find publicly available owner/business contact information
Organize leads in Google Sheets
Send approved email/message templates and follow-ups
Track responses and notify me immediately when a prospect is interested

Ideal candidate:

Excellent written English
Strong online research skills
Detail-oriented and organized
Comfortable working independently
Real estate/property management experience is a plus
Experience with lead generation or outreach is a plus

This is a part-time position with potential for more hours as the business grows. I am looking for someone interested in a long-term working relationship if the initial trial goes well.
