JOB OVERVIEW

[Senior Graphic Designer (AI + Photoshop, E-commerce & Marketing Assets)]

Job Overview
We are looking for a skilled graphic designer to help create polished and realistic product images and marketing assets for e-commerce and digital marketing.

The work will involve using AI image-generation or editing tools together with Adobe Photoshop. You will receive product images, visual examples, and clear instructions for each project.

We are looking for someone with strong visual judgment, attention to detail, and the ability to turn reference images into professional-quality final artwork.

Responsibilities
- Create polished product images, static ads, social media graphics, blog imagery, web assets, and infographics
- Create short AI-generated videos and product animations for digital marketing
- Composite, retouch, and refine AI-generated images to achieve realistic lighting, texture, perspective, shadows, and product details
- Develop creative concepts and visual solutions based on project briefs, references, and marketing objectives, including visual and competitor research to identify creative direction
- Follow provided product references and project instructions accurately while maintaining product consistency
- Correct AI artifacts and review work carefully before submission to ensure quality, consistency, and accuracy
- Prepare organized working files and properly formatted final image and video exports
- Manage multiple assignments and shifting priorities, communicate clearly and provide updates when needed, and complete work within agreed deadlines

Requirements
- 5+ years of professional graphic design experience
- Strong attention to realism, proportions, materials, lighting, and product details
- Experience with realistic photo manipulation or product compositing
- Experience creating e-commerce or product listing images
- Experience creating short marketing videos or product animations (AI-generated or edited)
- Able to follow visual references and written instructions accurately
- Strong text-based communication and instruction comprehension in English (our team coordinates work almost entirely in writing)
- Able to work independently and communicate reliably
- Able to work US Pacific Time hours
- Portfolio required (please include your portfolio link when you apply)

Skill Requirements
- Adobe Photoshop (Expert): Adobe Illustrator and Canva, compositing, masking, retouching, color correction
- AI image generation and editing tools: e.g. Nano Banana, ChatGPT, Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, Generative Fill, Stable Diffusion
- AI video generation tools for short product videos and animations
- Photo manipulation and product compositing
- Realism and detail control (lighting, shadow, perspective, materials, proportions)
- E-commerce and product listing image creation
- Developing creative concepts from briefs and references
- File preparation and export (organized layered files, web-ready outputs)
- English communication for written instructions (Intermediate or higher)

Nice to Have, but Not Required
- Experience working with automotive products
- Experience creating multiple color variations from one master image
- Figma or CapCut

Work Schedule
- Remote position (full-time, long-term)

- Work hours follow US Pacific Time (PT). Default is Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM PT (12:00 AM to 8:30 AM PHT), with a 30-minute break.
