JOB OVERVIEW

This is not a beginner role. If you are not able to quickly navigate AI and the tools that accompany this role, I will notice immediately.

This role is for someone who lives inside Claude full-time, 8 hours a day, five days a week, and becomes the resident expert on building workflows, automations, custom agents, skills, and connectors. You'll take ideas directly from leadership and turn them into working builds. You will turn each of the teams Claude's accounts into a Super Claude account, and all of our clients' Claude accounts into Super Claude accounts. Think of Jarvis from Marvel. You will host team training sessions on Claude, projects, and other items we need to be aware of.

There will be times when I want something developed exactly as it is presented on social media. Social media is where I will get 80% of my ideas. If someone shows that they have built a workflow, automation, custom agent, skills, connectors, etc., I need you to figure out how they did it, tell me exactly what they did, and show me how by recreating the exact same thing they posted on social media. I want to replicate some of the most impressive AI demonstration videos to make them useful in my business. Take a demonstration video and turn it into a real-world Claude function for the business.

Where something isn't feasible yet, you'll research and develop a roadmap for how it could work down the line, even if that's months out, and present that plan clearly. If you can't figure out how someone built a workflow, automation, or custom agent, I need you to explain where the bottleneck is and how you'll get around it.

You'll also be responsible for structuring and organizing projects, using Claude artifacts, Claude projects, Claude Design, Google Drive, Notion, etc., and for teaching leadership how these systems work along the way. You'll collaborate closely with the assistant and broader team, handing off design or presentation work rather than building it yourself. I never want to hear "can't be done" — I want to see options. Never present me with something that doesn't work or isn't what I asked you to build.

This is a hands-on, deep-focus role, not a supervisory one. I don't want to supervise you. When you're working your hours, I won't be monitoring you — I expect the work to get done and the final product shared with me. You'll never have nothing to do: if I don't have a project queued up for you, it's your responsibility to be proactive. This isn't just my business — once you join, it's our team, and if you're not actively thinking about where the team can go and what we can improve without being told, this isn't the right role for you.

The business working hours are 8/9AM–5 PM PST. Please let me know your availability.

There is an honor-system arrangement: consistent pay every week, in exchange for trust that the work is genuinely getting done without the business owners having to micromanage you.

You'll also be client-facing at times — comfortable joining a Zoom call and answering a client's questions live, not just building behind the scenes.

Familiarity with the real estate industry is a plus, and while general AI literacy is a must, the bulk of your time and expertise must be Claude-specific. You'll need to know how to use other AI systems, but the vast majority of your time — 95% of it — will be spent building and working within Claude. This is not a job where you learn how Claude works as you go. If you are not immediately familiar with every aspect of Claude, this job is not for you.
