Hi! I'm hiring for this role on behalf of my client, a small real estate practice. This role moves operations off the principal's plate so they can stay client-facing. You'll own documentation, the tech stack, and team accountability, and prepare the information and metrics the principal needs to make decisions.

About the Role

This is meaningful, long-term work where you'll own a real function inside the practice, build the systems that let it scale, and grow alongside a principal who wants operations run with real independence.

What You'll Do

Build and maintain SOPs and the operations manual, much of which currently lives in the principal's head
Configure and troubleshoot the company's tech stack, including Brivity, Follow Up Boss (CRM), AgentFire, ListedKit or Nekst, CTE, Trello, and Calendly
Run weekly meeting agendas and facilitate team accountability so initiatives move forward without the principal chasing people
Track team KPIs and prepare information and metrics for the principal's decision-making
Own operations end to end within defined guardrails (no licensed real estate activity, client negotiation, final hire/fire decisions, or P&L ownership)

What You Need

US real estate operations experience as a transaction coordinator, listing coordinator, or operations lead (must-have)
Strong written English communication (must-have)
CRM administration experience (must-have), Follow Up Boss experience preferred
Self-directed work style, able to own operations without daily direction (must-have)
Availability during MST business hours (must-have)
Comfort using AI tools to speed up documentation, reporting, and everyday operations work
