## Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Shopify Store Manager to help build, manage, and scale our Shopify business.

This is a long-term position for someone who understands DTC eCommerce operations, product sourcing, conversion rate optimization, customer retention, paid traffic fundamentals, and revenue growth.

We are not looking for a basic virtual assistant.

We are looking for someone who can identify profitable products, build high-converting storefronts, manage operations end to end, and grow revenue consistently.

## Responsibilities

**Store Management**
- Manage daily Shopify store operations
- Build and optimize product and collection pages
- Monitor store speed, uptime, and app performance
- Process orders and coordinate fulfillment
- Handle customer inquiries, chargebacks, and disputes
- Track store KPIs: conversion rate, AOV, LTV, ROAS, refund rate
- Monitor competitor pricing, offers, and market trends

**Product Research**
- Identify profitable products and niches
- Research trending and high-demand products
- Analyze competitor stores and ad creative
- Evaluate margins, sales velocity, and CAC-to-LTV ratios
- Source from wholesalers, private label suppliers, agents, and 3PLs
- Present product opportunities with supporting data

**Conversion & SEO Optimization**
- Write high-converting product titles, descriptions, and offer copy
- Optimize theme layout, PDP structure, and checkout flow
- Improve organic SEO: meta data, URL structure, blog content, schema
- Build upsells, bundles, and post-purchase offers
- Run and interpret A/B tests
- Reduce cart and checkout abandonment

**Marketing & Retention**
- Manage email and SMS flows (Klaviyo or similar)
- Build abandoned cart, welcome, browse abandonment, and win-back sequences
- Coordinate with paid media on landing pages and creative
- Manage discount codes, promotions, and launch calendars

**Inventory & Operations**
- Track inventory levels and forecast reorders
- Prevent overselling and stockouts
- Coordinate with suppliers and 3PL partners
- Monitor shipping performance and delivery times
- Manage returns, refunds, and exchanges
- Maintain and audit the app stack

**Graphic Design**
- Create product and lifestyle images
- Design banners, promotional graphics, and email creative
- Build infographics and comparison charts for product pages
- Edit and retouch product photos
- Maintain consistent branding across the store

## Required Skills

**Must Have**
- Previous Shopify store management experience
- Fluent English (written and spoken)
- Strong product research skills
- Experience with Shopify SEO and CRO
- Working knowledge of Shopify Analytics and GA4
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong analytical abilities
- Attention to detail

**Preferred**
- Experience with Klaviyo, Triple Whale, or Lifetimely
- Experience with Liquid theme editing
- Experience with Meta and Google Ads reporting
- Experience with dropshipping, private label, or wholesale sourcing
- Experience with 3PL and inventory management software
- Experience scaling Shopify stores beyond $50,000/month
