Senior Non-QM Mortgage Underwriter (Remote | Night Shift)
Php 70,000 – Php 188,179/month (based on experience)
Full-Time | Permanent Remote | U.S. Mortgage Company

We’re hiring someone who can confidently review and approve complex Non-QM loans — someone who understands risk, moves fast, and knows how to make solid credit decisions.

If you have strong Non-QM experience and want to work directly with a growing U.S.-based mortgage team, this is a long-term opportunity with real impact.

> What You’ll Be Doing

Underwrite Non-QM loans (DSCR, Bank Statement, WVOE, P&L)

Analyze credit, income, assets, and collateral

Review AUS findings and apply conditions or overlays

Issue decisions: Approve, Deny, or Suspend

Work closely with processors and operations to clear conditions

Maintain strong turn times while ensuring compliance

Support junior team members when needed

> What We’re Looking For

At least 5 years U.S. mortgage underwriting experience

Strong Non-QM experience (DSCR, Bank Statement, etc.)

Experience handling self-employed borrowers and complex files

Solid understanding of U.S. mortgage guidelines (TRID, ATR/QM, etc.)

Able to make independent credit decisions

Detail-oriented and reliable in a remote setup

Plus (but not required):

Experience with Encompass

Korean, Chinese, or Vietnamese language skills

Night Shift: 11:30 PM – 8:30 AM PH Time

Stable, long-term role with a U.S.-based company

Intel i5 (4th gen or newer) or equivalent
