JOB OVERVIEW

We're a marketing agency in London. We edit a lot of video for our clients, and we're after an editor to work with us long term.

Our clients sit across family, leisure, finance and lifestyle. Most of what you'll edit is social UGC, with a small number of higher-production videos in the mix. So you need to switch styles and match each brand.

You'll get a brief and the raw footage. You turn that into videos that stop the scroll. We also want your input, so you'll pitch content angles too, not just cut what you're handed.

You'll work in CapCut. Sometimes you'll handle captions, audio and pull in extra b-roll if a video needs it.

Good English matters. You'll be working from briefs, writing captions in English, and talking to us day to day on Slack.

Here's what we want to see. Send a showreel or a few links, ideally UGC or social ads you've edited. We're looking for strong hooks, clean captions with no spelling mistakes, and pacing that holds attention.

It's 20 hours a week to start, remote and flexible on when you work. Pay is $6 to $7 an hour depending on your skill and speed, with more as we grow. Long-term role, not a one-off.
