JOB OVERVIEW

We are a premium travel bag brand built for serious travelers. With a loyal customer base. We’re a lean, fast-moving team and we're scaling into new categories. Right now we're managing product timelines across Europe, Asia and the US. We need someone who owns the execution without drama.

THE ROLE
You own the product timeline from design approval through factory delivery. That means building and maintaining the product roadmap in Asana, tracking samples from factory to approval, coordinating between design and production, and reporting weekly to leadership on what's on track and what's at risk. You're the person who makes sure launches happen on the date we promise them.

WHAT YOU OWN
Timeline & Roadmap Management
You own ASANA. You own Updating Asana every day. Period.
Build and maintain the product launch calendar in Asana — all active projects with design gates, production milestones, sample reviews, and shipping dates
Report weekly to leadership: which products are on track, which are at risk, what needs a decision this week
Enforce critical deadlines
Flag scope impact when new projects are proposed mid-cycle so leadership can d ---------- if it ships

Sample Coordination & Approvals
Track the complete sample flow from factory order through design review and approval — ordered, shipped, received, reviewed, approved, revised
Coordinate sample review meetings, collect feedback from design and production, communicate decisions back to factory
Ensure samples are reviewed within 48 hours of arrival
Make sure each sample has the information design needs to approve (production feasibility, cost impact, timeline trade-offs)
Design-to-Production Bridge
Coordinate between design team (Europe) and production partners (Asia) — ensure both perspectives are heard before decisions lock
Manage tech pack approvals and production spec clarity before factory production starts
Protect locked decisions — once production begins, design changes require formal approval and are tracked, costed, and scheduled
When conflicts arise (design wants something production says is impossible), escalate to leadership with both perspectives

WHAT YOU BRING
4-7 years managing product or hardware projects across multiple teams and geographies
Hands-on experience with Asana (or similar project management tools) — you're comfortable with timelines, dependencies, and tracking
Comfort with cross-timezone coordination — you understand how to bridge conversations across regions without waiting 24 hours for responses
A track record of executing under tight deadlines without creating drama — you communicate clearly, escalate early, and don't overcomplicate
Experience managing factory or vendor relationships, or proven ability to learn quickly in that environment
Strong written English — you write clear status reports, briefs, and emails to a US-based team
Ownership mentality — you see a blocker and solve it, you don't wait to be told what to do
Nice to have: Fashion, travel, or premium goods background. But we care more about execution discipline than domain knowledge.

COMPENSATION:
50,000 - 60,000 PHP per month. WITH 13th month bonus pay
