About the Role
Our company is looking for a senior media buyer who personally builds, launches, and manages paid media campaigns day to day across Google, Microsoft, Meta, TikTok, and Pinterest. This is a hands on execution role. You will be the one inside the ad accounts making bid, budget, audience, and creative decisions, not someone directing another team member to do it. Execution stays core to this role over time, even as scope grows.
What You'll Be Doing
Personally execute and manage paid media campaigns across Google, Microsoft, Meta, TikTok, and Pinterest, from setup through daily optimization.
Build and maintain a working understanding of each brand's business objectives across our brands, and translate that into campaign strategy and account structure.
Use reporting, analytics, and trend tools daily to monitor performance and catch issues early.
Handle full campaign set up including keyword development, audience development, and ad copy creation and testing.
Run tactical execution and account audits directly, including creative testing cycles and budget pacing.
Track and report performance, including internal quarterly and end of year reviews for company leadership.
Requirements:
5+ years of hands-on paid media execution experience, meaning direct day to day account management, not primarily oversight, consulting, or account management of other people's execution.
Demonstrated experience personally managing campaigns within Google, Microsoft, Meta, TikTok, and Pinterest.
Hands-on experience managing monthly campaign budgets from $30K USD.
Ecommerce experience mandatory. Please be specific in your application about ecommerce brands and budgets you have personally managed.
Advanced computer skills, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Google Suite.
Google Ads and Meta Blueprint certification a plus.
Comfortable working independently with internal stakeholders across multiple brands, with no external client travel required, since this role supports our own brands rather than outside clients.
