Sohlo Media is a fast-growing agency that partners with leading aesthetics clinics across the UK. We provide done-for-you lead generation and appointment setting services, meaning our team calls real, interested prospects on behalf of our med spa clients and books them in for consultations.

We're now looking for ONE exceptional Appointment Setter to join our remote call centre team. This person will be the first voice a potential patient hears, responsible for turning warm leads into booked consultations across multiple clinic accounts.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

Calling inbound leads within 5 minutes of them coming in (speed to lead is everything in this role)

Speaking with potential patients on behalf of multiple UK aesthetics clinics, handling enquiries about treatments such as CO2 Laser, Filler, Skin Rejuvenation, Body Sculpting and others.

Following a proven call script while still sounding natural, warm, and human on every call

Booking qualified consultations directly into each clinic's calendar

Following up persistently with leads who didn't answer on the first attempt via calls, texts, and email sequences

Handling objections confidently and professionally, particularly responses like "I need to think about it," "I'll call back," or "How much does it cost?"

Keeping accurate, up-to-date notes on every lead inside Go High Level (GHL) so nothing falls through the cracks

Managing your own pipeline across multiple client accounts without letting any lead go cold

Attending regular call coaching sessions to sharpen your skills and improve conversion rates

WHO YOU ARE

You are fluent in English with a clear, neutral accent that UK-based prospects find easy to understand and trust

You have a strong sales mindset. You don't just make calls, you close. You're comfortable being persistent without being pushy

You have experience in B2C sales, appointment setting, cold calling, or customer service (minimum 1 year preferred)

You understand that speed to lead wins. When a lead comes in, you pick up the phone immediately, no delays, no excuses

You can manage multiple client accounts simultaneously and stay organised across all of them

You are reliable, self-motivated, and don't need to be micromanaged. You treat this role like your own business

You are available to work during UK business hours (GMT/BST) to ensure leads are contacted while they're still warm

You have a quiet workspace, a reliable internet connection, and a professional phone setup

Experience or knowledge of the aesthetics/med spa industry (treatments, terminology, patient concerns)

Previous experience using Go High Level (GHL) or a similar CRM

Experience working in or with UK-based businesses

A track record of hitting or exceeding booking/sales targets

COMPENSATION

Fixed Monthly Salary
Commission: $5 per booked appointment

HOURS

You must be available during UK business hours (approximately 9AM to 7PM GMT/BST, Monday to Saturday). Specific shift patterns will be agreed upon hiring, but flexibility within these hours is essential.

Each agent manages approximately 10 to 15 lead accounts, so you should be comfortable with a consistent daily call volume.
