GoHighLevel form + workflow build — 61 forms, full spec provided (paid, fixed price)
I run a flat-fee MLS listing brokerage in Texas and I need someone who actually knows the GHL form builder to implement a build that's already fully specced.
Everything is documented. A spreadsheet defines every question, its field type, its dropdown options, whether it's required, and its conditional rule. You'd be implementing, not designing — no discovery calls, no "what do you want it to look like."
The work
Verify roughly 202 contact custom fields (created by script; you check them and fix any that failed)
Build three base forms: Residential intake (33 questions), Land & Acreage (29), Showing Instructions (23)
Add conditional logic — HOA questions only when there's an HOA, lease questions only when tenant-occupied, etc. The rules are specified
Duplicate the Residential form four times for different MLS boards, adding 8–23 extra fields to each from a supplied list
Build workflows: Form Submitted → set fields, move the opportunity to the right pipeline stage, create a task
Test each form with a live submission and confirm every value lands on the contact record
Roughly 12–18 hours of careful work. Fixed price — tell me your number.
What I need from you
Real GoHighLevel experience with forms, workflows, custom fields and conditional logic.
And the discipline to follow a spec exactly. Field names lock after the first save, and eleven variants inherit whatever you type, so wording has to match the spreadsheet verbatim — no improving it, no shortening it.

How this runs
I'll award the Land & Acreage form first as a paid milestone. It's self-contained and it tells us both whether we work well together. If it comes back right, you get the rest on the same terms.
You'll have a limited user account, not owner access, and no API tokens. The account holds real seller information, so I'll need a confidentiality agreement signed before access.
