What’s up, creatives! ?

We’re expanding and looking for a savvy, consistent, and highly available Content Creator who already knows their way around AI and wants to grow with our team.

Here’s the deal: we provide access to all the premium AI tools and online software you’ll need. You don’t need to pay for or bring your own tools.

Our goal is simple: create better content for our brands while helping you become extremely skilled with the latest AI video tools. If you’re already experimenting with AI, enjoy creating video content, and want to level up while getting paid, this could be a great fit.

What You’ll Do
Use our provided AI video generation to create high-quality video content.
Edit generated clips into polished, engaging short-form videos.
Follow our creative direction, examples, brand guidelines, and company standards closely.
Maintain consistent quality and output across projects.
Learn and adapt to new AI tools, workflows, and content styles as we introduce them.
Make revisions when needed and apply feedback quickly.
Pay close attention to the small details that make content look professional and engaging.
What We’re Looking For
A solid portfolio showing your ability and passion for video content creation.
Previous experience using AI for content creation, especially AI-generated video.
Consistency is a MUST. We need someone who can reliably produce quality work on an ongoing basis.
Availability is a MUST. You should be regularly available, responsive, and able to handle ongoing projects and deadlines.
A fast learner who can quickly adapt to new AI platforms and online software.
Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions accurately.
Reliable, organized, and able to hit deadlines independently.
Someone who takes feedback well and improves quickly.
Someone willing to experiment, test new creative approaches, and learn what performs.
A genuine interest in growing with the company long-term.
Compensation & Growth

This position does not begin with a fixed salary. Starting compensation is performance-based and tied directly to the sales/results generated from the content you create.

Starting compensation ranges from $7–$12 USD per sale, depending on the product, campaign, and performance.

As you become more familiar with our system, understand what type of content converts, improve your skills, and consistently contribute to stronger results, your earning potential can increase.

Most importantly, this is designed as a long-term opportunity.

If your performance meets or exceeds expectations and you demonstrate strong consistency, reliability, availability, and quality of work, the position can be moved from performance-based compensation to a fixed-salary structure.

The goal is to find someone who can become an important part of the team rather than simply completing occasional freelance tasks.

The better you become at the process, the more you understand our content strategy, and the more value your work generates, the more opportunity there is for responsibility, stability, and increased compensation.
