We’re looking for a driven, sales-minded DM Manager to help recruit sales professionals through Instagram.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Find and DM potential sales recruits
Start and manage conversations
Qualify interested candidates
Follow up consistently
Book qualified candidates for recruiting calls
Track daily outreach and results
WE’RE LOOKING FOR
Sales/recruiting experience preferred
Strong written communication
Comfortable with high-volume outreach
Self-motivated, competitive, and coachable
Reliable and results-driven
