ABOUT THE ROLE

We are a digital marketing agency looking for a talented and reliable Social Media Manager to join our growing team. In this role, you will manage accounts across multiple platforms and engage directly with a large, active online audience on behalf of our clients — all in English.

This is a fully remote position with excellent earning potential, a clear progression path, and a supportive team behind you.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
----------------------------------
- Manage our clients' presence across Instagram, Reddit, TikTok, and Twitter. This includes uploading content, writing creative captions, and engaging with followers to grow their audience.

- Respond to messages and comments across platforms with the goal of building genuine relationships and directing followers toward our clients' paid content channels.

- Engage in ongoing one-to-one conversations with subscribers on a private subscription-based platform, with a focus on relationship building and selling exclusive photo and video content.

- Follow structured guidelines and scripts provided by our team to ensure consistency and quality across all interactions.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

- Excellent written English — clear, natural, and engaging. This is the most important requirement.

- Prior experience managing social media accounts on Instagram, Reddit, TikTok, or Twitter.

- Experience with subscription-based platforms or a similar fan engagement role is a strong advantage.

- Ability to work independently and manage your time effectively in a remote setting.

- Strong attention to detail — you'll be expected to follow guidelines carefully and flag anything unclear.

- Honest, punctual, and dependable. We value people who ask questions when unsure rather than guessing.
