Looking for KILLER STATIC AD SPECIALIST - ECOM - META ADS

Remote | Philippines

We’re looking for a **hungry, high-output Static Ad Specialist** to join our e-commerce team for Q4.

We want someone who can **come up with killer ad concepts AND turn them into high-quality static ads.**

This is NOT a traditional graphic design role. We need someone who understands **advertising, psychology, hooks, angles, and what makes people stop scrolling and buy.**

### What you’ll do

* Create fresh static ad concepts every day
* Develop unique hooks, angles and visual ideas
* Create ads for different products, collections, audiences and niches
* Think heavily around **gifting, luxury, emotions and customer psychology**
* Research competitors and winning ads for inspiration
* Create variations and iterations of winning concepts
* Constantly test new ideas and push creative boundaries
* Take direction and execute independently without being micromanaged

We’ll give you the **objective and direction**. You figure out the **idea, concept and execution.**

* **Hungry to win**
* Extremely creative and fast
* Obsessed with making better ads
* Comfortable with high-volume output
* Understands Meta/Facebook advertising
* Has strong design + copy instincts
* Has e-commerce/DTC experience
* Can work independently
* Cares about **results, not just making pretty designs**

### ? Compensation

The base compensation will be there, but we believe in **performance-based bonuses and rewarding people who produce results.**

If you help us create ads that generate serious revenue, bonuses will follow.
