JOB OVERVIEW

We’re a growing, science-led wellness brand looking for an experienced Marketing Manager or Director to lead our marketing strategy and translate it into measurable, sustainable growth.

This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who can see the bigger picture and ensure the details are executed well. You’ll unite our internal team, agencies, creative partners, and sales channels under one clear marketing direction.

For the right person, this role offers a genuine path to becoming our Chief Marketing Officer as the company and marketing organization grow.

What You’ll Own

-Develop and lead our overall marketing and growth strategy
-Drive qualified traffic, conversion, retention, subscriptions, and customer lifetime value
-Oversee marketing across Shopify, Amazon, TikTok Shop, Walmart, email, SMS, social media, and other growth channels
-Lead product launches, promotions, campaigns, and content planning
-Manage and hold agencies and external partners accountable to clear goals and KPIs
-Use performance data and customer insights to identify opportunities and improve results
-Protect a consistent, trustworthy brand voice across every customer touchpoint
-Build practical marketing systems, reporting, and processes as the company grows

What We’re Looking For

-At least five years of e-commerce or digital marketing experience
-Proven experience developing and executing multi-channel marketing strategies
-Strong knowledge of customer acquisition, CRO, email, SMS, retention, and subscription growth
-Experience managing agencies, creatives, or marketing team members
-Comfortable working with data, budgets, KPIs, and performance reports
-Excellent written and verbal English
-Strategic, proactive, organized, and willing to be hands-on
-Experience with wellness, supplements, or consumer products is a strong advantage

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building, improving, and taking genuine ownership, not simply managing a list of tasks.
