JOB OVERVIEW

ROLE:
An Etsy Listing Specialist (ELS) is responsible for creating high-quality product listings that support the growth of the
business. An ELS owns the end-to-end listing creation process, including design, mock-up creation, print provider
configuration, and SEO optimization. As you grow with the business, this role has the opportunity to evolve into an
Etsy Store Manager (ESM) position with larger financial incentives and broader responsibilities across shop operations
and customer service.

This is a full-time position built for someone who thrives in fast-moving environments, is fully committed to owning
the process, and has the drive to learn and strive for excellence. You will work directly with the founder of a top 5%
Etsy shop, take ownership of meaningful work from day one, and grow alongside a rapidly expanding business.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Product Listing Creation:
• Conduct product research and ideation by following SOPs
• Upload designs to supplier platform and configure product settings
• Create high quality product mock-ups using Canva & Photoshop
• Write SEO optimized titles & tags supported by research
• Generate product descriptions by following SOPs
• Update existing Etsy listings with improvements based on data

Collaboration & Learning:
• Attend meetings and provide daily progress updates
• Learn and master new workflows, SOPs, & tools
• Suggest process improvements and optimization opportunities

Full Store Management (only upon promotion):
• Oversee customer service & respond to inquiries
• Manage order fulfillment and work with production partner to mitigate order issues
• Create original product designs and launch new products

RESULTS:
• Meet or exceed weekly listing production goals
• Produce high quality listings with minimal revisions
• Master SEO best practices for titles & tags

REQUIREMENTS:
• Experience with and access to Photoshop & Canva
• No prior experience with Etsy – will agree to not participate in any other Etsy related businesses in the future
• Access to ChatGPT, Claude, or CoPilot
• Quick Communicator – must be highly responsive and able to communicate updates quickly
• Fluent in English language – excellent reading, writing, and comprehension skills in English
• Detail oriented, motivated, and a quick learner
• Ability to work 40+ hours per week – willing to go above and beyond when needed to get the job done
• Performance Under Pressure – stays calm and can deliver when deadlines are tight or challenges arise

COMPENSATION:
• $350–$450/month starting salary
• If promoted to Store Manager, there is potential for higher base pay + performance based bonus
