JOB OVERVIEW

About the Role

We're hiring a Social Media Manager to run social media for multiple client brands at once, each with its own voice, goals, and service level. This includes using AI tools and AI Agents to plan, create, execute, automate, and optimize content across accounts, staying current on social media trends and platform changes, and running paid social ad campaigns for clients. Performance is measured on results: engagement, consistency, and deadlines met for every client.

AI tools and AI Agents are a standard part of this role, used to handle repetitive and multi-step tasks so more time can go toward strategy and quality.

What You'll Do

- Manage social media for multiple clients at the same time, each with different scopes and service levels (full-service, content-only, light-touch, etc.)
- Plan and execute content calendars tailored to each client's brand, audience, and goals
- Use AI tools and AI Agents (ChatGPT, Claude, Canva AI, scheduling/automation AI Agents, etc.) to handle repetitive and multi-step tasks
- Build and manage automations for content scheduling, reporting, and other repetitive workflows
- Optimize content and posting strategy based on performance data
- Stay current on social media trends, platform algorithm changes, and emerging formats, and apply them to client content
- Plan, launch, and manage paid social ad campaigns for clients, including budget tracking and performance reporting
- Write and design on-brand posts, captions, and creative assets for each client
- Track performance per client and report on results
- Prioritize across accounts during high-workload periods
- Flag deadline risks early enough to address them
- Coordinate with the creative/graphics team across all accounts
- Manage tasks and workflows in Trello
- Own each client's social calendar end-to-end

What We Need From You

- Hands-on experience managing social media for multiple different brands or clients at the same time, not just one brand across multiple platforms
- 2+ years of multi-brand or multi-client experience; agency background preferred
- Experience managing multiple accounts concurrently without missed deadlines
- Demonstrated use of AI tools in your workflow, including AI Agents for repetitive or multi-step tasks
- Experience with automation and optimization, using data to guide decisions
- Up to date on current social media trends, platform changes, and best practices across major platforms
- Experience planning and running paid social ad campaigns (Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, etc.), including budget management
- Experience using Trello or a similar project management tool
- Excellent written English
- Available and able to confirm you can work our team's hours: Monday-Friday, 8-5 MST
- A consistent track record of meeting deadlines across accounts
- Comfortable communicating proactively with the team
- Portfolio or examples of social content managed across at least two or three distinct brands or clients
