- Workplace safety
- Technician training
- Customer service and professional development
This is not only a writing position and not only a web development position. The selected person must be able to take raw information, technical documents, subject-matter-expert notes, videos, existing presentations, and AI-generated material and turn them into a complete, polished, interactive online course. The ideal candidate understands instructional design, HTML5 development, Reveal.js, SCORM, AI-assisted workflows, quality control, and LMS testing.
Primary Responsibilities
The selected candidate will be responsible for:
- Researching course topics using reliable and credible sources.
- Organizing information into modules, lessons, and learning objectives.
- Writing course content, narration scripts, scenarios, case studies, and assessments.

- Testing course completion, scores, bookmarking, resume behavior, and LMS communication.
- Troubleshooting HTML, JavaScript, CSS, browser, audio, and LMS-related issues.
- Testing courses in platforms such as LearnDash, Tin Canny, or similar learning-management systems.
- Using AI tools to assist with research, outlines, scripts, assessments, coding, quality assurance, and course production.
- Reviewing and correcting AI-generated material instead of copying it without verification.
- Maintaining organized project files, naming standards, version control, checklists, and production documentation.
- Communicating progress, delays, problems, and recommendations clearly.
- Completing work accurately and on schedule with limited supervision.

- Write effective prompts.
- Review AI output critically.
