AI Video Editor & Prompt Engineer for High-Converting Meta Ads
About Us

We're a fast-growing direct response brand looking for an exceptional AI-powered video editor who understands both creative performance and modern AI tools.

This is not a traditional editing role.

We're looking for someone who can combine video editing, AI prompting, and direct response marketing to create highly engaging Facebook and Instagram ads that drive conversions.

What You'll Be Doing

Creating high-converting Meta ad creatives (Facebook & Instagram)
Using AI video generation tools such as Kling, Veo, Runway, Higgsfield, Midjourney, Flux, ChatGPT, and similar platforms
Writing and refining prompts to generate realistic scenes, UGC-style content, product demonstrations, and visual hooks
Editing AI-generated footage into polished ad creatives
Creating multiple creative variations for testing
Developing compelling hooks, pacing, captions, and visual storytelling that hold attention
Following creative briefs while also bringing new ideas and concepts to the table
Analyzing winning ads and recreating successful frameworks
Requirements

You should have:

Strong experience with AI video generation tools
Excellent prompting skills
Experience creating direct response ads for Meta platforms
Strong understanding of hooks, retention, and conversion-focused editing
Advanced video editing skills (Premiere Pro, CapCut, After Effects, Final Cut, or similar)
Ability to create realistic AI-generated content
Strong English communication skills
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Bonus Points

Experience with:

E-commerce brands
Health, wellness, or consumer products
UGC advertising
Motion graphics
AI avatar creation
Voice cloning and AI voice generation
Creative strategy and ad testing
