JOB OVERVIEW

Summary
About the Role
I'm an independent Southern California solar consultant looking for a GoHighLevel expert who understands solar sales and marketing — someone who can build, launch, and optimize campaigns fast, and bring strategy, not just execution. This is not a general VA role or someone who is simply familiar with GoHighLevel.

What You'll Do
● Segment and reactivate an existing solar lead database (pipeline stage, age, engagement)
● Build nurture, follow-up, and re-engagement email/SMS sequences
● Create referral-partner campaigns that stay top-of-mind without feeling salesy
● Build past-client referral and long-term nurture campaigns
● Set up automations, triggers, tags, workflows, and pipeline actions in GHL

Required Skills
● Strong, hands-on GoHighLevel experience: workflows, email/SMS campaigns, segmentation, tags/custom fields, pipelines, triggers, booking flows, DND/compliance
● Direct experience marketing residential solar (Southern California solar market a major plus)
● Strong direct-response copywriting — conversational, educational, trust-building (not hype-driven)
● Comfortable working independently and proactively suggesting strategy

Understanding the current California solar environment, utilities, NEM 3.0, batteries, PPAs, and the changing economics of residential solar would be a significant advantage.

To Apply, please answer ALL the questions provided and start your proposal with the subject "SOLAR + GHL" so I know you read the full post. Looking to hire quickly — this can become an ongoing role for the right person.

● Solar companies/installers you've worked with, and campaigns you've personally built
● How extensive is your GHL experience? Have you built lead-reactivation or referral campaigns? (briefly describe results)
● Any experience marketing solar in California/Southern California?
● Examples, screenshots, or Loom videos of GHL workflows you've built
● If handed a database of several hundred solar leads, what would you check first before segmenting?
