JOB OVERVIEW

We are a growing multi-unit restaurant franchise group operating 13+ quick-service restaurant (QSR) locations across West Texas and Oklahoma. We are seeking a highly organized and dependable Operations & Recruiting Coordinator to support our growing organization.

This is a long-term remote position working directly with a fast-paced US-based company. We are looking for someone who is proactive, detail-oriented, responsive, and comfortable handling multiple responsibilities throughout the day.

You will play a key role in supporting recruiting, operations, communication, and administrative functions that help keep our organization running smoothly.

WORK SCHEDULE

- Full-time remote position
- Must be available to work during US business hours (Central Time overlap required)
- Reliable internet connection and quiet work environment required

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Recruiting & Hiring Support

- Post and manage job openings across Indeed, Workstream, CareerPlug, LinkedIn, and other recruiting platforms and
Support Full HR employee Life-Cycle
- Monitor applicant flow and refresh postings as needed
- Assist with sourcing candidates for difficult-to-fill positions
- Track open positions and hiring activity across multiple locations
- Serve as a primary point of contact for applicants
- Respond to candidates promptly via phone, email, and text
- Coordinate interview scheduling and communication
- Maintain professional and timely communication throughout the hiring process
- Support hiring managers across multiple restaurant locations
- Help ensure hiring processes stay organized and on schedule
- Follow up on open tasks, candidate status updates, and hiring needs
- Assist with general recruiting and staffing coordination
-On-board candidates to relevant software platforms

Operations & Administrative Support

- Assist with operational and administrative tasks across multiple restaurant locations
- Help update information across various online platforms and systems
- Support urgent requests from restaurant leadership and store teams
- Coordinate operational follow-up items and communications
- Place and manage online orders through vendors such as Amazon and other platforms
- Assist with spreadsheets, reports, project tracking, and data entry
- Maintain organized records and documentation
- Follow up on outstanding tasks and action items
- Support leadership team with administrative tasks and special projects
