JOB OVERVIEW

ABOUT THE ORGANIZATION

Our client is a United States based digital marketing agency serving music artists, bands, and other public figures. The agency supports music releases, live events, touring campaigns, and long term fan engagement through paid digital advertising and audience development.

ROLE OVERVIEW

The Paid Advertising Specialist is a hands on campaign support role responsible for setting up, managing, and optimizing Meta and YouTube campaigns through Meta Business Suite and Google Ads. This is not a client facing position. The agency team will provide the approved links, copy, visual assets, video clips, permissions, and campaign direction. The specialist will use established checklists and SOPs to launch campaigns, monitor performance, make informed adjustments, and report results to the internal team.

The initial portfolio is expected to include up to two clients and approximately five campaigns, consisting of two YouTube campaigns and three Meta campaigns. Campaigns generally run for 30 to 90 days, with the heaviest setup and optimization work occurring during the first seven days and first few weeks.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Set up Meta traffic campaigns optimized for conversion, often directing audiences to streaming platform landing pages, artist owned Spotify playlists, or ticketing pages.
- Set up YouTube advertising campaigns through Google Ads to increase visibility for music videos and new releases.
- Complete the initial campaign build, typically requiring approximately three to four hours of front end work per campaign.
- Follow campaign startup checklists and verify that links, assets, targeting, budgets, tracking, and permissions are configured correctly.
- Monitor active campaigns briefly each day for overspending, pacing issues, tracking problems, or unexpected performance changes.
- Make small performance adjustments several times per week based on agreed success criteria for the first five to seven days and the remainder of the campaign.
- Optimize targeting, audiences, placements, budgets, creative, and campaign structure throughout each campaign.
- Manage deadlines and priorities across multiple client accounts and concurrent campaigns.
- Prepare clear weekly internal reports with key metrics, insights, actions taken, and recommended next steps.
- Provide timely updates to the internal team when a campaign requires attention, new assets, or a strategic decision.
- Follow established SOPs while identifying opportunities to improve campaign performance and operational efficiency.
- Maintain organized campaign records, performance notes, tracking links, creative assets, and launch documentation.

QUALIFICATIONS

Required

- Hands on experience managing campaigns through Meta Ads Manager.
- Direct experience running and optimizing YouTube advertising through Google Ads, not only search or display campaigns.
- Proven experience managing paid advertising for multiple clients simultaneously.
- Strong understanding of traffic and conversion campaigns, audience targeting, conversion tracking, testing, and optimization.
- Ability to interpret campaign data and translate results into clear recommendations.
- Ability to provide historical campaign examples, measurable results, and a clear explanation of the optimization methods used.
- Experience with daily campaign monitoring and weekly performance reporting.
- Excellent organization, attention to detail, time management, and follow through.
- Excellent written and spoken English.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment and meet deadlines.
- Reliable computer and stable high speed internet connection.

Preferred

- Agency experience or experience managing advertising for several clients.
- Experience advertising music artists, bands, releases, Spotify playlists, tours, live events, or entertainment brands.
- Experience driving traffic to music streaming landing pages, Spotify playlists, ticketing pages, or other destinations outside Meta.
- Familiarity with pixels, conversion tracking, Google Analytics, and reporting dashboards.
- Examples of improving traffic, conversions, cost efficiency, video visibility, or return on advertising spend.

Our client is an equal opportunity employer committed to building a diverse and inclusive team.

HOW TO APPLY
Interested candidates will complete a prerecorded video interview and submit their resume for review. Please include examples of Meta or YouTube campaigns you have managed, including the campaign objective, audience, advertising budget, results achieved, optimization approach, reporting process, and the number of client accounts managed at one time. Experience with music releases, Spotify, touring, live events, or entertainment campaigns should also be highlighted. Top candidates will be shortlisted and forwarded to the client's leadership team for final evaluation.

This is an excellent opportunity to support a growing music marketing agency that values organization, initiative, careful campaign management, and measurable results.
