JOB OVERVIEW

Hi, my name is Stepan and I run faceless YouTube channels that publish step-by-step software tutorials — Shopify apps, GoHighLevel, ---------- , WordPress, email marketing tools and AI software.

I am looking for someone long-term to record and narrate these tutorials. This is 100% faceless. You never appear on camera. No webcam, no lighting, no makeup.

WHAT YOU DO

I give you the software, a paid account, and the exact topic. You do the rest:

1. Learn how the feature works, on your own
2. Write the script (I check it before you record)
3. Record your screen doing the task at 1080p, narrating as you go
4. Do basic edits: cut mistakes, remove dead air, keep it clean
5. Send me the MP4, the project file, and the raw recording

You do NOT need advanced editing. No animations, no motion graphics, no fancy effects. A separate editor handles that afterwards. Clean recording and clear narration is what matters.

Videos are 2 to 18 minutes. I assign 4-6 videos on the same tool at a time, so you learn each product once and reuse what you learned.

PAY — per video, not hourly

I set the band from the topic before you record, so the length you deliver never changes your pay. No reason to stretch a video, no penalty for a tight one.

Weight 1 (2-4 min) = $4.50
Weight 2 (5-8 min) = $7.00
Weight 3 (9-13 min) = $9.50
Weight 4 (14-18 min) = $12.00

Plus $6 extra on the first video of any tool you have not used before. Two revision rounds included.

At 8-10 videos per week this works out to roughly $ ---------- per month. Paid every 2 weeks by Wise. Rates reviewed after 3 months.

WHAT ELSE

Work your own daytime hours. No graveyard shift — I am in Europe, I do not need you awake at 3am.
Weekends off. Philippine holidays off. 13th month pay.
I pay for every software subscription you need.

Ignore the presenter on camera — mine are faceless. And you do not need to edit at that level. Focus on: get to the point fast, no dead air, and make every step clear.

WHO I WANT

You can open a web app you have never seen and work out how it works, without me explaining every step
Clear spoken English, neutral accent
A quiet room and a decent USB microphone
CapCut, Premiere Pro, DaVinci or Camtasia — basic editing only
Reliable internet and a plan for brownouts

WHO I DO NOT WANT

Cinematic, wedding or vlog editors. This is plain screen-recording work.
Anyone who needs every step explained first.

HOW TO APPLY

I read every application that does all four. I skip the rest.

1. Start your message with the word ROLLING

2. Record 30 seconds reading EXACTLY this, and send the link (Google Drive, Dropbox or unlisted YouTube):

"In this tutorial I will show you how to add a video background to your Shopify store using the Horizon theme. We will edit the theme code, upload the file, and adjust the overlay settings. If you want to try GoHighLevel or ---------- , the links and discount codes are in the description below."

3. Send 1-2 screen recordings you made yourself. Any tool, any topic. Not a general showreel. If you have never made one, say so and send your closest work.

4. In 2-3 sentences: what was the last software you taught yourself, and how long before you could explain it to someone else?

There is a paid test video ($8) before anything else. I never ask for unpaid work.
