JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for an experienced Roofing Estimator & Supplement Virtual Assistant to support our roofing operations remotely.

This is not a general administrative VA position. We are looking for someone with hands-on experience in roofing estimating and insurance restoration who can review insurance estimates, identify missing or underpaid items, prepare supplements, research applicable building codes, and maintain organized claim documentation.

The ideal candidate should be comfortable working independently and eventually taking ownership of much of the estimating and supplement workflow.

Primary Goal of the Position
Your goal is to ensure that every roofing claim contains an accurate, complete, well-documented scope of work and that legitimate missing items, code requirements, and additional necessary work are properly documented and supplemented. The position will play an important role in helping our company maximize legitimate claim recovery while maintaining accurate, defensible, and well-supported estimates.
