JOB OVERVIEW

We produce video for one specific company: a European company that sells a physical product in USA market. That means customer interviews shot on location, a steady flow of shorts, and Meta ad creative that has to actually convert, VSL, Webinars etc. We have crazy amount of content coming in, we have filming team that films almost every day.
We currently are small editing team, and now we're adding one more experienced editor.

What you'd be editing:

-Shorts,
-Meta ad creatives,
-B2B/dealer videos,
-Interviews with Customers,
-VSL videos,
-Explanations videos,
-Product videos,
-Assembly videos

and everything that will help company to grow!

What we need from you:

-Fluent in Adobe Premiere Pro or Davinci Resolve. You'll receive lot of assets, samples, anything you need for best possible edit we will provide!
-VERY IMPORTANT!!!! You can grade LOG footage and match shots across a scene.
-Comfortable in After Effects and AI editing tools
-Sound handled properly — levels, noise, music sitting under dialogue.
-4K workflows, proxies, large media, without losing files or breaking links.
-You understand retention: why a cut holds and where people drop.
-You hit deadlines, and you say early when you can't.
-You take notes without defending the cut, and you don't need the same note twice.
-Working English, and overlap with European hours.

The offer
$2,000/month for the first 3 months, then reviewed against output and quality. Long-term intent — we're building a team, not filling a gap.

Send 2–3 edits you personally made, it could be anything, you can showcase motions graphics, storylines, flashy edits, cinematic edits, whatever you're most proud of.
After that we will give you small test edit, max 1-2 min of FVL, just to see what you can do with our RAW materials.
Then if all good, we can start or two-week paid test!
