JOB OVERVIEW

Executive Partnership
Manage the VP's calendar, priorities, communications, and preparation for executive meetings.
Anticipate needs, identify scheduling or execution conflicts, and protect time for the company's highest-value priorities.
Prepare briefing materials, agendas, decision memos, presentations, and follow-up documentation.
Track commitments, decisions, deadlines, and action items through completion.
Serve as a discreet and dependable liaison between the VP, executive team, board members, employees, candidates, partners, and external stakeholders.

Operational Coordination
Support the VP in building VRAET's operating cadence, including leadership meetings, planning cycles, performance reviews, and cross-functional updates.
Coordinate initiatives spanning operations, product, engineering, AI research, market intelligence, compliance, and business development.
Maintain dashboards, project trackers, standard operating procedures, and executive reporting systems.
Identify gaps in communication, ownership, or execution and help resolve them before they become operational bottlenecks.
Assist with recruiting coordination, onboarding, organizational planning, vendor management, and special projects.

Digital Asset and Market Intelligence Support
Monitor relevant developments across cryptocurrency markets, blockchain infrastructure, regulation, institutional adoption, and competing intelligence platforms.
Distill complex information into concise executive summaries and decision-ready briefings.
Understand core concepts including blockchain networks, tokenomics, exchanges, custody, wallets, stablecoins, decentralized finance, on-chain analytics, market structure, and digital asset risk.
Help ensure that external communications and internal materials use accurate digital asset terminology.
Coordinate with technical and market specialists without attempting to replace their subject-matter expertise.

Leadership and Governance Support
Handle confidential business, personnel, financial, and strategic information with sound judgment.
Support preparation for board, investor, and executive-level discussions.
Help create clarity around decision rights, accountability, escalation paths, and organizational priorities.
Model professionalism, ownership, intellectual honesty, and calm execution.
Represent the VP's office with credibility while building productive relationships at every level of the company.
