JOB OVERVIEW

About the Role

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Meta / Facebook Asset Operations Manager to take responsibility for the infrastructure behind our ecommerce advertising operations.

This is NOT a Media Buyer position.

Your primary responsibility is making sure our Meta assets are properly organized, connected, maintained, monitored and ready for use at all times.

We work with multiple Meta assets and need someone who understands the Meta ecosystem technically and operationally.

Your Main Responsibility

You will manage our complete Meta asset infrastructure, including:

Meta Business Managers / Business Portfolios

Facebook
Ad Accounts

Facebook
Pages

Instagram Accounts

Pixels / Datasets

Domains

Users, Partners & Permissions

Payment Methods

Asset connections and assignments

You should understand exactly how these assets connect and depend on each other.

Daily Asset Management

Your daily responsibilities will include:

Checking the status and availability of our Meta assets

Maintaining an accurate overview of all active assets

Making sure assets are connected correctly

Checking permissions and access

Identifying missing or incorrectly connected assets

Keeping internal asset tracking sheets updated

Preparing required assets for upcoming operations

Maintaining clean and organized Business Manager structures

Reporting potential problems before they affect operations

Asset Replacement & Troubleshooting

When an asset becomes unavailable or develops a problem, you should be able to investigate and handle the situation independently according to our SOPs.

This includes:

Identifying which asset is causing the problem

Understanding the connections affected by that asset

Replacing assets when required

Connecting replacement assets correctly

Restoring required permissions and assignments

Verifying that the new setup works correctly

Documenting all changes

We don't expect you to immediately ask what to do every time something changes.

You should first understand the situation, identify the solution and then coordinate with us when approval is required.

Backup & Asset Inventory Management

This is one of the most important parts of the position.

You will be responsible for maintaining sufficient operational redundancy.

You will:

Maintain an overview of active and backup assets

Track the quantity and status of available assets

Identify shortages early

Prepare replacement assets before they are needed

Keep backup structures organized

Maintain documentation of asset relationships

Make sure we always understand which assets are connected where

The goal is to prevent operational downtime caused by poor asset organization or missing resources.

SOP-Based Operations

We work with structured SOPs and internal systems.

You should be comfortable:

Following processes precisely

Working with checklists

Maintaining Google Sheets

Documenting changes

Completing repetitive daily checks

Following approval processes

Taking ownership of recurring tasks

We value reliability and accuracy more than creativity.

Required Experience

This is not an entry-level Meta position.

You should already have strong hands-on experience with:

Meta Business Manager / Business Portfolio

Facebook
Pages

Ad Accounts

Pixels / Datasets

Domains

Instagram Accounts

Users, Partners & Permissions

Payment methods

Asset assignment and connections

Troubleshooting Meta infrastructure

Managing multiple Meta assets simultaneously

Experience with ecommerce or dropshipping environments is a plus, but not required.

Media buying experience is NOT required.

If you understand Meta infrastructure well, we can teach you our campaign and scaling processes later.

Who We're Looking For

You are:

Extremely organized

Detail-oriented

Reliable

Comfortable with repetitive operational work

Technically confident inside Meta

Able to troubleshoot independently

Able to manage many assets without losing overview

Proactive when something is missing or incorrect

Comfortable following SOPs

Able to communicate clearly in English

Interested in a long-term position

We especially value someone who notices a potential problem before it becomes an actual problem.

Growth Opportunity

We are currently building our operations and expect the complexity of our Meta infrastructure to increase as we expand.

For the right person, this can become a long-term role with significantly more responsibility.

You will also have the opportunity to learn our campaign testing and scaling processes over time.

Strong performance can therefore lead to broader responsibility within our Meta operations.

How to Apply

Please answer these 3 questions:

1. Meta Asset Experience

Describe the Meta infrastructure you managed in your previous role.

How many Business Managers, Ad Accounts, Pages, Pixels/Datasets and other assets were you responsible for?

2. Troubleshooting

Imagine an important Meta asset becomes unavailable and needs to be replaced.

Explain step by step how you would identify what is affected, replace the asset and verify that all required connections and permissions are working correctly again.

3. Organization

How would you organize 50+ active and backup Meta assets so that you always know:

What is currently active

What is available as backup

Which assets are connected

Which assets have problems

Where additional assets will soon be required

Please focus your application on your Meta Business Manager and asset management experience, not campaign performance or ROAS.
