# GRAPHIC DESIGNER — ADOBE ILLUSTRATOR

### Sublimation Jersey & Sportswear Design

We are looking for a **reliable, experienced Graphic Designer** with strong skills in **Adobe Illustrator** to join our team. This position is focused primarily on creating graphics for **custom sublimation jerseys and sportswear**.

The ideal candidate should be creative, detail-oriented, highly organized, and comfortable working from instructions while also bringing their own design ideas to the table.

### KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

* Create professional and creative **sublimation jersey designs**
* Develop original graphics and design concepts for custom jerseys
* Create and design **logos and branding elements**
* Recreate existing logos and graphics accurately
* **Vectorize** logos, artwork, and customer-provided graphics
* Clean up and prepare artwork for production
* Work primarily in **Adobe Illustrator**
* Set up sublimation jersey **patterns/templates** correctly for production
* Place artwork onto garment patterns and ensure proper alignment
* Prepare print-ready files according to production requirements
* Make revisions based on instructions from the sales team
* Work directly with the **Production Manager** to prepare patterns and artwork for printing
* Maintain accuracy, consistency, and attention to detail throughout the design and production process

### WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

The ideal candidate must:

* Have strong **Adobe Illustrator** skills
* Have previous experience with **sublimation printing and jersey design**
* Understand how to work with garment patterns and templates
* Be experienced with **vectorizing and recreating logos**
* Have a strong eye for design, layout, typography, and color
* Be able to follow detailed instructions accurately
* Be creative and able to come up with **new and unique design ideas**
* Be highly organized and detail-oriented
* Be dependable, punctual, and professional
* Communicate clearly with the sales and production teams
* Be able to work independently and complete assigned work on time

### WORK SCHEDULE

**Monday – Friday**
**9:00 AM – 5:00 PM Eastern Time (EST)**

This is a **5-day-per-week position**. The designer is expected to be available and actively working during the scheduled hours.

We are looking for someone who is **serious about the position and committed to the full work schedule**. This is not a position for someone who will be working on other jobs, projects, or personal work during scheduled company hours.

### TEAM ENVIRONMENT

You will work closely with:

**Sales Team:**
A salesperson will provide customer requirements, design instructions, revisions, and project details.

**Production Manager:**
You will work with the Production Manager to properly prepare jersey patterns, artwork, and files for sublimation printing and production.

The ability to communicate, take direction, make corrections quickly, and work as part of a team is extremely important.

### COMPENSATION

**$125 USD per week**

The position requires a commitment to working **Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM Eastern Time**.
