JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for an experienced Meta Ads Creative Specialist who knows how to create ad creatives that are built to perform.

You will be responsible for developing Meta ad creatives for our business, following a clear content structure, creative strategy, and established SOPs.

We are not looking for someone who has only designed social media content. We are specifically looking for someone with hands on experience creating performance focused creatives for Meta advertising.

Requirements

Minimum of 2 years of experience creating Meta Ads creatives
Proven experience working with businesses and creating paid social creatives
You must be able to show examples of creatives you have made for previous clients or companies
You must be able to show examples of your winning ads and explain why you believe they performed well
You understand direct response advertising, hooks, angles, offers, visual concepts, and different creative formats
You are comfortable working with SOPs and following a structured creative process
You can work with content schedules and deliver creatives according to agreed deadlines and planning
You are able to analyse previous creatives and use learnings to develop new concepts and variations
