JOB OVERVIEW

We're looking for a skilled, performance-driven Video Editor who lives and breathes DTC e-commerce ads. You'll join our creative team full-time and work across a portfolio of US-market brands.

Your mission: create and iterate on high-converting video ads for Meta (Facebook/Instagram).
Every edit you make has one goal — stop the scroll and drive purchases.

Main Responsibilities:

- Edit and deliver 10–15 ad creatives per week across multiple brands and product niches
- Master multiple ad formats: VSL, mashup/compilation, UGC-style, problem-solution, before/after, talking head + b-roll, listicle
- Build and test new hooks — the first 3 seconds are everything
- Use AI tools (Kling, Seedance, Veo3, Runway, HeyGen, ElevenLabs, etc.) to generate b-rolls, stylized formats (cartoon/Pixar), and visual effects
- Source and integrate stock footage, b-rolls, UGC clips, and product shots
- Add captions, text overlays, and motion graphics optimized for sound-off viewing
- Iterate fast based on performance data — if a hook underperforms, you create 3 new versions
- Collaborate closely with our Creative Strategist to align edits with angles and briefs

Requirements:

- Proven portfolio of DTC/e-commerce video ads (non-negotiable — we need to see actual ad work, not corporate or cinematic projects)
- Strong skills in Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, or DaVinci Resolve
- Hands-on experience with AI video/image tools (Kling, Runway, Seedance, GPT Image, or similar)
-Deep understanding of Meta Ads formats, aspect ratios (9:16, 1:1, 4:5), and safe zones
- Ability to create scroll-stopping hooks and maintain fast pacing
- Self-sufficient in sourcing b-rolls and supplementary visuals
- Reliable, organized, fast — can deliver a 40-second ad within 24 hours
- Fluent in English
