We’re looking for a talented Framer designer with a strong eye for animation and visual design to help finish and polish our new website for Grow Business, a UK & UAE-based digital growth agency.
Our new website is already designed and being built in Framer:
Website:
This is not a full website redesign.
We need someone who can work with the existing design and take the visual quality to the next level by improving the animations, interactions, images and graphic elements throughout the site.
The finished website needs to feel high-end, modern, elegant and professional. We want animations that make the website feel more premium without becoming distracting or over-designed.
What You’ll Be Working On
Improve and replace existing website animations
Create smooth scroll and entrance animations
Add subtle micro-interactions where appropriate
Improve animations within cards, sections and visual elements
Create or source better imagery for sections that currently use placeholders
Create custom graphics/illustrations where needed
Make visuals consistent across the entire website
Ensure animations work properly across desktop and mobile
Keep animations smooth and lightweight so they do not hurt website performance
Work directly inside our existing Framer project
The website already has an established design system, layout and brand direction. Your job is to elevate what is already there rather than redesign it from scratch.
Visual Direction
Think:
Premium. Minimal. Modern. Elegant. Clean.
We prefer sophisticated motion over excessive effects.
Animations should support the content and user journey rather than exist simply because they look impressive.
The visual work also needs to feel consistent with the rest of the Grow Business website and our existing Midnight Blue, black and white branding.
Who We’re Looking For
You should have:
Strong experience with Framer
Excellent UI/visual design skills
Experience creating high-quality website animations
A good understanding of modern motion design
Strong attention to spacing, typography and visual consistency
Experience creating or selecting premium website imagery
The ability to work within an existing design system
A good understanding of responsive design
A strong portfolio of modern websites
Experience with Framer Motion, interactive components, scroll effects, custom graphics or lightweight Lottie/Rive animations is a bonus.
Generic applications will be ignored.
