We’re looking for an AI Image Generation & Photoshop Specialist to join our creative team and help us create AI-generated brand imagery that is indistinguishable from real photography.

We’ve built an advanced AI image-generation system using node-based workflows in Magnific. It allows us to create highly realistic imagery while maintaining consistency across models, products, environments, and overall brand aesthetic. The system works, but achieving the level of accuracy we expect still requires significant iteration, attention to detail, and Photoshop expertise.

Every month, we create dedicated AI content batches for both of our brands (Bella Belts and Buckley Belts). These images become part of our central content library and are used across the business, from social media and email to paid advertising and campaigns.

Because these assets are used at scale and across many different channels, product and visual accuracy are extremely important.

What You’ll Do
You’ll work alongside our current AI Image Generator, who will introduce you to the systems and workflows we’ve developed.
Our process includes:

Creating and working from detailed character and product reference sheets
Developing shot ideas and references
Generating consistent models, environments, styling, and compositions
Running additional AI passes to accurately integrate our products into generated imagery
Using Photoshop and compositing to fix anything AI cannot reproduce accurately
Applying final post-processing to make images feel genuinely photographic
Product accuracy is extremely important to us. We have extensive reference imagery for our products, and small inaccuracies in things like buckles, materials, proportions, or how a belt sits on the body can make an otherwise great image unusable.

Photoshop & Compositing
AI often gets us 90% of the way there. Your job is also to help solve the final 10%.
You should be comfortable with Photoshop, retouching, and compositing, correcting product details, rebuilding problematic areas, removing AI artifacts, and making everything sit naturally within the image.
We also use photographic post-processing such as grain, bloom, chromatic aberration, and other subtle imperfections using Dehancer to further solidify the realism of the final composite.

Improving the System
We don’t just want someone who can operate our current workflow.
AI is moving incredibly quickly, so part of your role will be staying on top of new models, tools, techniques, and node-based workflows that could improve our results or make the process more efficient.
If there’s a better way to achieve product consistency, compositing, character consistency, or photorealism, we want you to find it, test it, and help us implement it.
Longer term, we also want to expand these systems into AI video generation as the technology becomes capable of maintaining the product accuracy we require.

What We’re Looking For

Strong experience with AI image generation
Experience with node-based AI workflows
Strong Photoshop, retouching, and compositing skills
Excellent eye for photorealism, lighting, texture, perspective, and detail
Extremely detail-oriented, particularly around product accuracy
Comfortable with trial and error and troubleshooting difficult generations
Naturally interested in testing new AI models, tools, and techniques
Experience with e-commerce, fashion, product photography, or commercial imagery is a plus

Ultimately, we’re looking for someone who combines AI expertise with strong Photoshop and compositing skills and can consistently produce a high volume of usable, on-brand assets for our wider creative team.
Our standard is simple: the final image shouldn’t look AI-generated.
