Role Overview

We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Sales Agent to support business growth by managing inbound enquiries, following up quotations, nurturing prospects, and converting leads into confirmed bookings. The ideal candidate is highly organized, confident on the phone, and experienced in customer service and sales administration.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Management

Respond promptly to inbound enquiries via phone, email, and website forms
Qualify prospective customers and gather relocation requirements
Maintain accurate customer records within the CRM
Ensure all enquiries receive timely follow-up
Sales & Quote Follow-Up

Follow up submitted quotations to increase conversion rates
Contact prospects to answer questions and address objections
Re-engage dormant and previously quoted leads
Track and report sales activity and conversion metrics
Customer Service & Booking Coordination

Schedule site inspections and consultations where required
Confirm bookings and communicate key job information
Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process
Assist customers with pre-move questions and documentation
Administrative Support

Update CRM notes and sales pipeline stages
Generate reports on enquiries, quotes, and bookings
Coordinate with operations staff to ensure smooth handover of booked jobs
Assist with review requests and customer feedback initiatives

Required Skills

Previous experience in sales, customer service, or appointment setting
Strong verbal and written English communication skills
Comfortable making outbound follow-up calls
CRM experience preferred
Strong organisational and time-management skills
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Experience

Moving, logistics, transport, property, or service-based industries
Lead generation or sales support experience
Appointment setting and quotation follow-up experience
