JOB OVERVIEW

DTC Ecommerce Video Editor (Only apply if you have 5+ years experience video editing eCommerce product videos and are willing to do a trial task as part of the process).

Tuttofare - Natural Skincare

About the role
Tuttofare is a fast-growing, performance-marketing-led skincare brand. Creative is our biggest growth lever, and video is the highest-volume part of it. We're hiring a primary video editor to turn raw creator content and in-house footage into publish-ready ads, and to supplement that with static ad creative. You'll work closely with the marketing team, understand what's performing and why, and bring your own ideas for what to shoot and make next - not just execute a brief.

What you'll do
- Edit raw creator/testimonial footage and B-roll into ad-ready video - hook variants, testimonial cuts, compilations, native and elevated formats
- Judge when content should stay simple and native versus when it needs extra edits, B-roll, AI-generated footage, or motion/sound design to make it pop and tell the story
- Create static ad assets that supplement the video output, in support of the paid media plan
- Propose original content ideas based on what's working in the account and where the creative gaps are, not just execute existing briefs
- Work daily with the marketing and performance team to understand ad performance and translate it into creative decisions
- Act as the primary video editor for the team, owning quality and turnaround on the video pipeline

What you'll need
- Minimum 5 years of professional video editing experience on specifically eCommerce product brands, with a portfolio/reel showing your range
- A track record of taking projects from raw footage through to a completed, published deliverable
- An intimate understanding of brand and performance marketing - what makes an ad hook, hold attention, and convert, not just look good
- Your own point of view on content - able to originate ideas, not only cut what's handed to you
- Strong written and spoken English, given how closely you'll work with the marketing team on briefs, feedback, and direction
- Comfort creating static ad assets alongside video

Nice to have
- Experience with AI editing/footage tools, static design skills (Photoshop, Figma, Canva)
