JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for an experienced Zoho Books and Innago Setup Specialist to automate our property management financial workflows. The ideal candidate will configure both platforms and establish a seamless integration so that income, expenses, and tenant transactions sync automatically between Innago and Zoho Books. Our goal is to achieve an end-to-end automated system that requires only minor, periodic oversight from our team.

Responsibilities:

Set up and configure Zoho Books and Innago for our property management operations.

Establish automatic sync for income, expenses, and transactions between both systems.

Ensure proper account categorization and reporting structure.

Conduct initial testing to verify data accuracy and minimal manual intervention
The successful candidate will establish and maintain reliable systems for recurring invoicing, payment tracking, account reminders, late notices, and digital recordkeeping.

Responsibilities will include preparing accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, annual budgets, and property-management performance reports. The candidate must also develop clear operating procedures, train management, and ensure the systems remain accurate, organized, secure, and fully operational.

Applicants must have demonstrated experience with Zoho Books, bookkeeping, and property-management operations. Strong attention to detail, accountability, confidentiality, and the ability to work independently are essential.

Regular camera-on WhatsApp video meetings and screen-sharing sessions are mandatory. Applicants who are unwilling or unable to communicate consistently by video should not apply.

This position will begin as a defined setup and financial catch-up project. Candidates who successfully complete the initial project may be considered for ongoing part-time responsibility for maintaining the company’s financial and property-management systems.
