JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for an experienced Claude AI Integration Specialist to help us design, build, and implement Claude AI integrations across our organisation.

The initial engagement will be approximately one month of project-based implementation work. Following implementation, we expect to require maintenance and optimisation support approximately 1–2 times per week, eventually transitioning to an on-call/ad hoc support arrangement.

This is not a full-time position. We are looking for an independent contractor who can take ownership of the technical work, recommend practical solutions, and provide ongoing support when required.

Key Responsibilities
• Design and implement Claude AI integrations and automated workflows
• Connect Claude with existing business systems, applications, and data sources
• Build reliable workflows using APIs, webhooks, ---------- , Zapier, or similar integration tools
• Troubleshoot and resolve integration or automation issues
• Test and document implemented solutions
• Recommend opportunities to use Claude AI to improve or automate internal processes
• Provide ongoing maintenance, optimisation, and ad hoc technical support after implementation
Requirements
• Strong hands-on experience with Claude AI and Claude API integrations
• Demonstrated experience building AI-powered workflows and business automations
• Experience with APIs, webhooks, and third-party integration platforms
• Strong experience with ---------- , Zapier, n8n, or similar tools
• Ability to independently scope, build, test, troubleshoot, and document solutions
• Strong English communication skills
• Available for ongoing ad hoc support following the initial project

Previous experience working with Australian organisations or clients is highly preferred.

Engagement Details
• Independent contractor arrangement
• Initial project: approximately 1 month
• Following implementation: approximately 1–2 support/maintenance engagements per week
• Longer term: ad hoc/on-call support as required
• Fully remote
• Immediate start preferred
