JOB OVERVIEW

We’re looking for a travel industry professional to help expand and maintain our network of travel partners, including hotels and resorts, cruise lines, tour operators, airlines, transportation companies, destination partners, and other travel suppliers.

This role is ideal for someone who already understands the travel industry and is familiar with how travel agencies work with suppliers, including agency registrations, travel advisor programs, booking portals, commissions, credentials, and supplier relationships.

You’ll use agency information we provide to register our travel agency with new partners from start to finish, research and organize supplier information, and help build and maintain our internal travel partner database and public-facing partner profiles.

Responsibilities
- Register our travel agency with new hotels, cruise lines, tour operators, airlines, and other travel suppliers
- Complete supplier and travel agency registration applications from start to finish
- Navigate travel advisor portals, agency registration systems, and supplier websites
- Follow up on registrations until accounts are approved and fully active
- Monitor email for verification requests, approvals, credential requests, and additional requirements
- Research travel suppliers and document specific information requested
- Collect and organize supplier information in Excel
- Enter and maintain accurate information in our internal travel partner database
-Build and update public-facing travel partner profiles
- Research details such as advisor programs, commission information, booking methods, agency requirements, brands, properties, ships, destinations, and other supplier-specific information
- Collect approved images and media from supplier-provided media libraries and resources, such as obtaining an approved image for each ship within a cruise line's fleet
- Maintain accurate records of registration status, account information, contacts, research, and progress
Identify missing information, conflicting information, or registrations requiring additional follow-up
- Participate in regular video meetings to review progress, discuss questions, and receive new assignments. Children or family members being in the background is absolutely fine.
- Travel Industry Experience

Prior travel industry experience is required.

We’re especially interested in applicants with experience in areas such as:
- Travel agency operations
- Host agency operations or support
- Travel agency onboarding or supplier registration
- Travel agency operations
- Supplier relations
- Reservations or booking support
- Travel advising
- Tour operators
- Hotels and resorts
- Cruise lines
- Airline or GDS-related operations
- Travel industry customer support

You do not need experience in every area above. What matters most is that you already understand the travel industry, its terminology, and the relationship between travel agencies, advisors, and suppliers.

Requirements
- Previous professional experience in the travel industry
- Strong understanding of travel industry terminology and supplier relationships
- Comfortable navigating supplier websites, travel advisor portals, email, Excel, and web-based systems
- Strong research skills and ability to determine which information is current and relevant
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to accurately organize and enter large amounts of information
- Able to follow detailed processes while also recognizing when something requires additional research or clarification
- Comfortable working independently and managing registrations through completion
- Must have and use a computer; this work cannot be completed by phone
- Must use TimeProof for time tracking
- Must be willing to participate in a video interview
- Advanced/mastery-level spoken and written English

We are building a growing travel technology and travel agency operation, and there may be opportunities for this position to expand over time.

Team members who perform well may have the opportunity to move into a broader travel operations or customer support role, assisting travel advisors and travelers with supplier questions, account assistance, platform issues, booking-related questions, and requests requiring additional research or support review.

Because this future role involves communicating directly with travel professionals and travelers, strong written and spoken English communication skills are important.
