Inside Solar Sales & Lead Conversion Specialist

US Power | Remote – Philippines | Full-Time

US Power, a California solar, battery, and roofing company, is hiring a confident, upbeat, and persuasive salesperson. This is not simply a phone-answering position—you must actively convert leads into qualified appointments.

Responsibilities:

Answer inbound inquiries and call new, existing, and older leads
Build rapport, identify customer needs, handle objections, and book appointments
Follow up consistently and maintain accurate CRM notes
Educate homeowners about solar, batteries, roofing, and US Power
Assist with basic SEO and lead-generation tasks when needed

What We’re Looking For:

Positive, bubbly, energetic, and engaging personality
Excellent spoken and written English
Strong phone sales, closing, and follow-up skills
Comfortable speaking with American homeowners
Organized, dependable, motivated, and able to work independently
U.S. solar, roofing, appointment-setting, solar design, CRM, or SEO experience is a major plus

Training is available for an exceptional salesperson with the right personality and work ethic.

Important Work Requirement:

You must be comfortable keeping your camera ON for your entire shift. This is a firm requirement of the position.

You must also have reliable high-speed internet, a quiet professional workspace, a suitable computer, and availability during U.S. Pacific Time hours.

Compensation:

Competitive monthly base salary plus performance incentives and bonuses. Pay will depend on experience, skills, and demonstrated sales ability.
