JOB OVERVIEW

About the Role
We are a U.S.-based real estate investment and private lending company seeking a reliable, organized Acquisition & Operations Coordinator.
Your primary responsibility will be helping us find, research, qualify, and track real estate investment opportunities. You will also maintain our CRM and make sure leads are properly followed up and moved through the acquisition process.
This is not a sales position. You will not initially be responsible for negotiating property purchases or closing deals. The position may grow into outreach and greater acquisition responsibility over time.
Primary Responsibilities
1. Acquisition & Lead Generation
• Identify potential investment properties using established criteria.
• Research properties, owners, and potential leads.
• Assist with off-market lead generation and list research.
• Review and qualify leads using our investment criteria and checklists.
• Gather missing information needed to evaluate opportunities.
• Prioritize promising opportunities for review.
• Track leads and follow-up activities through the acquisition process.
2. CRM & Pipeline Management
• Enter and maintain accurate lead and property information in the CRM.
• Track lead status, next steps, and follow-up dates.
• Keep acquisition and relationship pipelines organized and current.
• Identify overdue follow-ups and incomplete information.
• Prepare simple pipeline and activity reports.
• Help ensure qualified opportunities do not get lost because of missed follow-up.
Preferred Experience
Experience with some of the following is preferred:
• U.S. real estate investing or wholesaling
• Real estate lead generation and qualification
• CRM and pipeline management
• HubSpot or another professional CRM
• Property and owner research
• PropStream or similar property-data platforms
• Google Workspace and AI tools such as ChatGPT
You do not need experience with every tool. We value the ability to learn, research, follow processes, and work independently.

Important
This position supports a real estate investment business rather than a traditional Realtor sales business.
Experience with Realtors, listings, transaction coordination, or real estate marketing is welcome, but we are especially interested in candidates with experience in:
Lead Generation → Research → Qualification → CRM → Follow-Up → Acquisition
Schedule
Approximately 20 hours per week, with some availability during U.S. Eastern Time.
We are looking for someone interested in a long-term position with the opportunity for increased responsibility and hours as the business grows.
