JOB OVERVIEW

We run a social media growth operation and need a sharp, detail-oriented VA to manage Instagram and TikTok accounts by remotely operating real phones through our system — you'll control physical devices over a remote connection, not just post from a browser or scheduler.

This is long-term, full-time work for the right person, with room to grow as we scale.

What you'll do day to day:

Warm up new accounts (browsing, engaging, building each one naturally before it posts)
Post the content we provide, multiple times per day per account, through the native apps
Manage many accounts across multiple devices at once, keeping each one healthy
Watch closely for account warnings, restrictions, and shadowbans — and report them fast
Follow our SOPs exactly and log your daily activity per account

You must have:

Real hands-on experience operating phones or accounts remotely (RustDesk, AnyDesk, remote desktop, phone farms, cloud phones, or similar — tell us exactly what you've used)
Genuine Instagram + TikTok account management experience
A strong understanding of account warming and how to avoid bans
Reliable fast internet and a quiet, focused setup
Patience and consistency — this work rewards care and routine, not speed

Pay: $600/month, full-time.
Bonuses: Depending on your professionalism and performance. Top operators can earn $1000+ by month 2-3
Schedule: 6 hours/day, Monday–Saturday (Sundays are light and pre-scheduled — no live shift).
